Menu made with market and seasonal products, so its composition is changing, but not its process and cooking, which maintains our traditional imprint.
Cold onion gazpacho

A LA CARTE MENU
We want to bring back the choices. That's why we offer a menu which begins with a selection of appetisers, followed by dessert and a final sweet bite. You can choose to complement it with either three savoury courses plus a main dish (€85) or four savoury courses plus a main (€95). This menu is just available from Tuesday to Friday for lunch.
